- Some students lose their Treasury Slip (challan of Rs. 250) and still appear for the CSS MPT. Exam centers allow them to take the test on the condition that they send the slip to FPSC within 10 days. If they fail to send the slip within the required timeframe or there is a delay in sending it to FPSC, their name is added to the withheld list.
