There is a two-year age relaxation for some groups. These groups are:

(b) Candidates from recognized groups living in certain areas. They must show proof that their families have lived there. The areas include:
- Baluchistan
- Tribal Areas of D.I. Khan and Peshawar Divisions
- Excluded areas of Dera Ghazi Khan and Rajanpur
- Tribal areas of Mardan and Hazara Divisions
- Upper Tanawal Area of Hazara Division
(c) Candidates from Azad Kashmir. They need a certificate from the Azad Jammu and Kashmir authority.
(d) Candidates from Gilgit-Baltistan. This includes Gilgit, Diamir, Baltistan, Ghizer, and Guanche. They must show a certificate from the Deputy Commissioner or an authorized person.
(e) Special candidates, like those with physical, hearing, speech, or vision impairments. They need a disability certificate from a Federal or Provincial Government officer.
(f) Government employees, military personnel, and contract workers. They need at least two years of continuous government service. They also need permission from their department. However, workers from national banks, State Bank, WAPDA, and similar bodies cannot get age relaxation.
The time spent on extraordinary leave does not count towards government service for age relaxation. In other words, if someone takes extraordinary leave, it will not be considered as time worked to get age relaxation.
Important Note
Moreover, age relaxation is only allowed for one condition at a time, and cannot be combined with other relaxations. Therefore, candidates can only benefit from the relaxation under one specific rule. Additionally, no further age relaxation will be permitted except for what is clearly stated in these rules. As a result, candidates must follow these rules strictly without expecting any other form of age relaxation.
